Behind Our Brand: Diamond H
Friends, we are FOUR years into this spontaneous adventure and we felt fitting the need to share our journey.
Tyler and I met at Utah State, Go Aggies! We share a love of rodeo, horses, sports, and all things adventurous outdoors! We got married in 2005 and moved to Idaho; to Tyler’s hometown, Montpelier. Tyler dove right into entrepreneurship opening a trailer dealership, Diamond H Trailer Sales (16 years now). I worked for Ireland Bank as a loan officer writing commercial, agriculture, and real estate loans. Eight years and two kiddos later I stepped back from working full time to focus on our family and let Tyler's dreams come to full circle with our trailer business. Four years later in 2018 we built a service and warranty shop with retail space at our current location, 815 N 4th Street. For 6 months we operated a rope and tack shop before diving into the boutique business! PS we still have a rope shop too.
Our small town didn’t have a fashionable, unique, or trendy clothing store locally. Tyler knew my love for a fun new outfit and encouraged me to try some clothing for the holiday season! The amount of support we got was overwhelming. So here’s Diamond H Boutique four years and one more kid later bringing you fun ways to express your unique style both instore and online.
I couldn’t operate this show without my best partner in crime, Courtney Bergholm @topknotsandbuttonups! She’s the magic behind the camera, keeping our style in check, and the mood light when times get stressful.
Some ask why H not K in our family brand? We’ll we don’t really know…..Tyler found it in an old Idaho Brand book and reinstated it. It was sentimental to his Grandpa and that was explanation enough.
If your a new friend here or one of our besties that’s been with us since day one we are SO thankful you’re here! We couldn’t do this without amazing customers. And I couldn’t do this without amazing family, friends, and most of all Tyler, Kenlee, Kace, and Kreece.
